Guliani's suspect WTC Ground Zero flip-flop incident (end of October 2001) : It was much more serious than just NovaScotia's gold ! ...

In fact : it went up to 9/11's core issues,
as "AllTheTruth"'s 2001 - 2007 own History reveals :

- The strange incident that opposed former NY Mayor and 2008 Election candidate, Giuliani, to New York FireFighters and other 9/11 Victims' Families and Friends since October/November 2001, seems to be much more serious than what International Association of FireFighters' President, Harold Schaitberger, backed by the latter, denounced this year (2007) :

Mr. Giuliani notoriously sent his cronies to block and hinder NY FireFighters' and Victims' Families and Friends from entering Ground Zero to search for their beloved ones and brothers' survivants or bodies, slandering them and threatening them even with .. Prison and Courts, arresting NY FF staff and officers !

He never managed to find a plausible explanation for this sudden October 2001 brutal flip-flop..

IAFF now, (in a 2007 Text, developed further into a website critical of Giuliani's role in 9/11 NY events), guessed that this might, eventually, be due to Money-related issues, linked to NovaScotia Bank's assets, and to Developers' urge to exploit WTC's strange, vertical total implosion.

But, other relevant Facts show that Mr Giuliani's suspect, brutal U-turn, suddenly blocking access to WTC GroundZero some weeks after 9/11, could be linked with something much more important, going right up to 9/11's core issues :

=> There is an astonishing "Coincidence" with precise Dates of exceptional developments concerning Investigations on WTC's strange, vertical (demolition-like) and total implosion, as "AllTheTruth"'s 2001 - 2007 own History reveals :

- Facts prove that Giuliani made a suspect and brutal flip-flop U-turn at the beginning of November 2001, blocking and emptying Ground Zero,
   
>>> immediately after "AllTheTruth" Maltes' Friends started, for the 1st time, a Public Campaign for an INVESTIGATION on the Cause of WTC's strange, Vertical and Total Deadly Implosion, at the End of October 2001, urging in particular New York 9/11 Victims' Families and Friends to go to GROUND ZERO DEBRIS, to search for EVIDENCE !

    Opposing that, he didn't even hesitate to abandon Hundreds or Thousands of People's bodies and remains burried under Ground Zero or thrown to Landfills, IAFF found !

     Notoriously, Most of the People killed on 9/11 died only after being trapped by Closed Doors at WTC's RoofTop without any Helicopter aid, and/or when the Twin Towers, unexpectedly, went down in a strange, Vertical and Total Implosion (Demolition-like), Hours later. Only a Few were immediately hit by the terrorist Airplanes, the large Majority remaining alive long after that.

     IAFF unveiled in 2007 "the story ...of the events that occurred in November 2001, while our members were continuing the painful, but necessary, task of searching Ground Zero for the remains of our fallen brothers and the thousands of innocent Citizens who were killed, because ...few of those who died in the terrorist attacks had been recovered at that point" (only 101 out of 2.500 Victims !). (See attached IAFF Letter).

- "Giuliani, ...decided on November 2, 2001, to sharply reduce the number of those who could search for remains ...There had been as many as 300 fire fighters at a time, .. but Giuliani cut that number to ..25."

- "In conjunction ...Giuliani also made a conscious decision to institute a “Scoop-and-Dump” Operation to expedite the clean-up of Ground Zero..", Curiously, "He ...wanted the site cleared before he left office at the end of 2001"

- "Our local presidents ...attempted to meet with the Mayor....but he refused to see them....

- " When Hundreds of Family members of the fallen joined with our affiliate Leadership and FDNY members to protest Giuliani’s decision, he ordered senior officers of the New York Police Department to arrest 15 of our FDNY brothers, including ... local elected IAFF leaders", IAFF denounces.

- "Giuliani argued that he took our members off the pile for their own safety, but his argument was empty :"

"...Fire fighters had been on that pile since minutes after the twin towers fell "

"– why all of a sudden, after nearly 2 months working on the most dangerous incident site in our country’s history, was Giuliani concerned about fire fighter safety?", IAFF asks.

 As a result of Giuliani's sudden, brutal flip-flop, because of an unknown reason which told him " more than ..the lives and memories of those lost", "Hundreds of Victims remained entombed in Ground Zero when Giuliani gave up on them" : "Giuliani showed ..a disgraceful lack of respect for the fallen and those brothers still searching for them. He exposed our members and leaders to arrest", IAFF denounces. "Giuliani’s actions meant that Fire fighters and Citizens who perished would either remain buried at Ground Zero forever, with no closure for Families (many of whom have "Missing" relatives), or be removed like so much Garbage and deposited at the Fresh Kills Landfill !". Denouncing also a "Visceral, personal Affront to the Fallen, ...and, indeed, to every one of us who has ever risked our lives by going into a burning building to save lives and property", the International Association of FireFighters expresses its members' "disdain for him", because of "the fundamental lack of respect that Giuliani showed" to 9/11 Victims' Families and Friends.

+ Material EVIDENCE on 9/11 Crimes at WTC Ground Zero's debris (Steel, Planes, Victims, etc) was also hastily destroyed by Giuliani's suspect sudden flip-flop, after which, (despite strong Protests by Sally Regenhard, "AllTheTruth", and other 9/11 Victims Families and Friends), he curiously hurried-up to ..empty WTC's site before any Public Investigation..

+ Photographers also denounce he fact that Giuliani, suddenly, "banned" independent Photos at WTC's Ground Zero, making a strange U-turn only "3 weeks after" 9/11, as if someone would be afraid even of Photographic Evidence..

Why ?

=> It's a Fact that our "AllTheTruth" Maltes' Friends had just started then (end of October 2001), for the First Time, to ask for an "independent, transparent and efficient Investigation" on WTC's strange, vertical and total implosion, (after more than a Month of hot Debates which proved that there was Not any clear explanation : See ATT's 1st text, at this website),  urging 9/11 Victims' Families and Friends (mainly at N.Y., and particularly FireFighters) to start searching for possible Evidence, precisely, at Ground Zero !

>>> It's precisely at the end of October 2001 that "AllTheTruth" had even contacted directly New York FireFighters, as well as 9/11 Victims' Families and Friends, presenting them the Conclusion of 1 Month of serious, hot but astonishingly unfruitful Debates and private, pioneer Enquiries, on what might have caused WTC's strange, vertical and total implosion : It's at that moment (end 10/2001) that we launched a Public Apeal to start an Official Investigation mainly on WTC 9/11 core issue, while pointing at the Urgency to save any possible material Evidence at WTC's Ground Zero.

All this can be easily proved, (and, in fact, many People hold at least part of concrete proof : i.e. Dates/events, correspondencies, etc).

Moreover, Mr. Giuliani was (and still is) strongly criticized by 9/11 Victims Families and Friends for curiously hurrying up to make WTC's debris (Scyscraper's Steel, Airplane pieces, Victims' remains, etc) disappear hastily, before any Investigation starts, and despite Protests : As early as Autumn 2001. (See Photo Evidence at Staten Island published by "AllTheTruth" before the end of 2001).

With the result to destroy unique Material Evidence on the Deadliest 9/11 Crime, and to find Human bodies' pieces thrown to landfills or still scattered beneath Ground Zero even "many years" later..

These Facts were strongly denounced by many Media,  the 1st U.S. Congress' Hearing on WTC since the beginning of 2002, Mother of Missing NY FireFighter, Sally Regendard, still  in 2007, and even "the President of the Nation's largest FireFighter Union (who) sharply criticized" Giuliani for that, recently :

- "We want America to know what this guy meant to New York City firefighters," said Peter Gorman, head of the Uniformed Fire Officers Association. "...he disrespected us in the most horrific way." The International Association of FireFighters" drafted a .. letter .." which denounced the fact that "the then-mayor's decision to change policy on the Ground Zero recovery effort was "an offensive and personal Attack" on FireFighters : ...Giuliani's "Disrespect ... has not been forgotten or forgiven."

Recently published Media Investigation, (NYT, 23 August 2007),  finds that an.. "Obscure Company Is Behind 9/11 Demolition Work", hidding the real people who did the hasty job at Giuliani's insistance, apparently mixed-up with some shady Mafia-like and/or Condemned individuals, etc., adding to rumours that foreigners might have been part of those who harried up to hastily destroy WTC 9/11 Deadly Crime's material evidence in steel.

Mr. Giuliani had also restricted NY Helicopters over Manhattan, and blocked WTC's Rooftop doors, resulting to an atrocious death for more than 1.200 people trapped over the terrorist hits and vainly trying to escape from stairways leading up to WTC's flat top, as New York Times, NIST and other Investigations revealed.

- All these Facts, (and much more, ommitted here) make Exasperated Victims' Families denounce the fact that "when Giuliani runs on 9/11, I want the American people to know he was part of the problem !", said Sally Regenhard, Mother of Missing NY Firefighter Christian.

Mr. Giuliani's 2007 boasting claims, threaten to provoke a collapse of 2008 U.S. Presidential Election, with larger and potentially more dangerous effects than the 9/11 mysterious Deadly vertical and total implosion of WTC which killed some 2.700 innocent People at New York, and still remains largely unexplained, thanks also to his infamous opposition to N.Y. FireFighters and other 9/11 Victims' Families and Friends :

While real Ground Zero Rescue Workers still suffer from Asthma, Respiratory and other Health hazards, as fresh data reveal, it's a disgrace for Mr. Giuliani, who stayed mostly in air-conditioned offices and cars, to bother them with his grossly false claim that he stayed at WTC's Ground Zero longer and facing more risks than anyone else...

It's an insult to People such as, f.ex. "Police officer NYPD James Zadroga," , 34, who died more than a Year ago of Respiratory illness after spending hundreds of Hours working to clean up Ground Zero", as AP revealed today.

On the contrary, the only real Fact known around Mr Giuliani's stable links at Ground Zero was the "love-nest" flat that his crony, Kerik,  notoriously paid with NYC's taxpayers' money to meet a girlfriend..

This is not a GOP - Dem issue : There are many able Republican 2008 Candidates, thanks God, so that People can have a choice !

Moreover, Giuliani has already failed U.S. President GWBush's trust, when he insisted to place his rotten-apple pal, the infamous Mr. Kerik, provoking an unprecedented scandalous mess..

Even pro-Republican "FoxNews" denounces now the fact that "9/11 Presents Challenges for Giuliani"...

He can keep for himself his Gay-"Marriage" well-known Agenda, Embryo stem-cell genetic manipulation, and other balderdash, but not impose it to People and Families throughout the entire U.S., by abusing of his controversial involvment in the 9/11 Deadly Barbary !

U.S. President GWBush seems to have guessed, after his unexpected but brillant, crystal-clear re-Election on 2004, how his apparent and disguissed enemies tried to abuse of 9/11 in order to push him to a sly trap at Iraq etc., only to exploit it afterwards against him :

- The President accepted 9/11 Victims' Families and Friends' demand to start Investigating WTC's strange, vertical and total implosion, (even if NIST's results are not yet enough to close huge loopholes : See "AllTheTruth"s 9/2005 criticism) and, during all his Second Mandate, (2004-2009), he never started or extended any other War, anywhere in the World.

From the start, many Factual Indications made most of "AllTheTruth"'s team members suspect that, along with a probably High-Tech Criminal Network, rather Trans-National, should be also some Local Accomplices, hidding behind the otherwise unexplained 9/11 Deadly Barbary.

It remains to be seen who might have been involved, partly or totally, by neglect or in purpose, in this.

Now, one thing is for sure :

Mr. Giuliani's claims on 2008 U.S. Presidential Election campaign, inevitably stir the 9/11, and particularly the WTC's strange, Vertical and total Implosion's Deadly Mystery, bringing it anew at the focus !

The story I want to relay is of the events that occurred in November 2001, while our members were continuing the painful, but necessary, task of searching Ground Zero for the remains of our fallen brothers and the thousands of innocent citizens who were killed, because precious few of those who died in the terrorist attacks had been recovered at that point.

Prior to November 2001, 101 bodies or remains of fire fighters had been recovered. And those on the pile at Ground Zero believed they had just found a spot in the rubble where they would find countless more who could be given proper burial.

"...Giuliani, ...decided on November 2, 2001, to sharply reduce the number of those who could search for remains ...There had been as many as 300 fire fighters at a time involved in search and recovery, but Giuliani cut that number to no more than 25.."

Mayor Giuliani’s actions meant that fire fighters and citizens who perished would either remain buried at Ground Zero forever, with no closure for families, or be removed like so much garbage and deposited at the Fresh Kills Landfill.

Our local presidents ...attempted to meet with the Mayor....but he refused to see them...

– why all of a sudden, after nearly two months working on the most dangerous incident site in our country’s history, was Giuliani concerned about fire fighter safety?

In our view, he wasn’t really concerned. The fact is that the Mayor’s switch to a scoop-and-dump coincided with the final removal of tens of millions of dollars of gold, silver and other assets of the Bank of Nova Scotia that were buried beneath what was once the towers. Once that money was out, Giuliani sided with the developers that opposed a lengthy recovery effort, and ordered the scoop-and-dump operation so they could proceed with redevelopment.

Giuliani crucified fire fighters after our protest and publicly stated that our members were essentially acting like babies, that they didn’t have the market cornered on grief. His insensitive statements demonstrated his inability to grasp what members of the FDNY were experiencing.

What Giuliani showed is a disgraceful lack of respect for the fallen and those brothers still searching for them. He exposed our members and leaders to arrest.

He ...wanted the site cleared before he left office at the end of 2001
 more than he valued the lives and memories of those lost.

Our members deserved the right to continue with a full search for their lost brothers and other innocent victims. Proudly, as you know, the fire service has a code similar to the military, where we leave no one behind.

Recovering even a piece of a turnout coat or helmet gave our FDNY brothers and sisters and the families of the fallen some small semblance of peace, something to honor. But hundreds remained entombed in Ground Zero when Giuliani gave up on them.

The fundamental lack of respect that Giuliani showed is unforgivable.

Our disdain for him ...is about a visceral, personal affront to the fallen, to our union and, indeed, to every one of us who has ever risked our lives by going into a burning building to save lives and property. ...>>
