Eckert's Feb. 2009 strange killing, after meeting Obama, stirs 9/11 "Sue for Truth" controversy on warnings, threats and failures since Aug. 2001

The strange killing, at an unexplained Airplane crash shortly after meeting with new US President Barack Obama, of Beverly Eckert, (commemorated this weekend), one of the leading figures of September 11 Barbary victims' Families and Friends, raises crucial questions :

Beverly was a co-founder of the group "Voices of September 11", and strongly supported the socio-political and Legal struggle of Victims' Families to find all the Truth on 9/11, including by opening the Archives on security and other issues or events (as threats, warnings, etc) which occured between August 2001 and September 2001, closed to public scrutiny until now (2009).

Their main demand focused on verifying allegations that, despite early warnings about risks of mass terror attacks against the US, which had started mainly since mid-August 2001, astonishing Security loopholes, blunders or grave "negligence" occured prior to, and during 9/11.

As long as almost all these documents remain secret, nobody can guess if, why, and which Lobby might have had any dark interests to suddenly start threats against former US President GWBush from August 2001.

A judge was expected to rule on a relevant complaint submitted by 3 Families of 9/11' victims in a decision due to be taken, precisely, during these first months of 2009.

- “I want some light to shine on all that happened leading up to 9/11 and on the day of 9/11,” said one plaintiff, Mike Low, whose 28-year-old daughter, Sara, was a flight attendant on American Airlines Flight 11, the first plane to strike the WTC", ..Mr. Low and another plaintiff, Paul Keating, whose 72-year-old mother, Barbara, was a passenger on Flight 11, said they would oppose any settlement offer that did not remove the court secrecy. ... The plaintiffs’ lawyers also asked Judge Hellerstein to set up a process to review other documents that the government had designated as too sensitive for release, to determine whether any of them could be made public. David E. McCraw, a lawyer for the New York Times, said the newspaper and the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press were planning to seek to intervene, and to ask that the secrecy be lifted except where it covered truly vital security information.. The 3 families seeking to remove the court secrecy are the last plaintiffs who have not settled lawsuits filed on behalf of more than 90 people killed or injured in the crashes", noted NYT shortly before the Eckert - Obama meeting (01/15/2009).

Since 2003, Beverly has played an important role in "Suing for Truth", writting from the start that  : - "Silence cannot be bought !"

"I've chosen to go to court rather than accept a payoff from the 9/11 victims compensation fund. Instead, I want to know what went so wrong with our intelligence and security systems that a band of religious fanatics was able to turn four U.S passenger jets into an enemy force, attack our cities and kill 3,000 civilians with terrifying ease. I want to know why two 110-story skyscrapers collapsed in less than two hours and why escape and rescue options were so limited.", she said then."I am suing because unlike other investigative avenues, including congressional hearings and the 9/11 commission, my lawsuit requires all testimony be given under oath and fully uses powers to compel evidence..." "AllTheTruth" warned on 9/9/2003 that "A Manhattan Federal Court judged, at last, that 9/11 Victims' Families can search Truth and Justice on WTC strange collapse and Airplanes' mysteries by suing those responsible to manage them and hold undisclosed yet data.... But it did so only .. one (1) day from the Deadline to sue : 10 September 2003 !"

Did Beverly speak about such pending cases in her meeting with new US President Obama, early February 2009, a few days before her death  ?

She was also personally linked to a key issue on WTC's strange "vertical" collapse, concerning the scandalous Blockade of all Doors leading to both scyscrapers' roof, from where Helicopters might have saved several People among the more than 1.000 persons alive after the Plane's crash but "trapped" between the destroyed floors and the blocked roof doors, who vainly searched to escape through the roofs, without knowing that they had been condemned by a controversial decision of the local "security" service :

- Her own husband, Sean Rooney, one of the few Senior Officials to be inside the WTC so early at the fatal 9/11 morning, (working for Global Insurance Company AON), was among the many Hundrends of survivors after the Plane's crash who were "trapped" in this way, by the secretly "blocked" doors at the roof, and killed in an atrocious way.

Witnesses have evoked some strange moves inside WTC towers a few days before 9/11, (end of August - beginning of September 2001), allegedly to "change Security Chief", "Maintenance" service, (fex. on water Sprinklers - found useless during the 9/11 Fire), etc.

On both pending issues, (August 2001 alleged threats and subsequent failure to prevent 9/11, as well as WTC's closed doors), Beverly Eckert was obviously a "key actor" at a crucial moment, just before her brutal death, because Families' Legal struggle at the Courts to disclose 9/11 documents was, at last, approaching at a Judge's decision soon.

Did she speak about that, too, in her meeting with new USPresident Obama ?

Did he, perhaps, promise to revive and boost the 9/11 investigation on WTC's strange, "vertical" collapse, similar to controlled demolitions, that former USPresident GWBush had accepted after documented demands by Victims' Families and Friends ?

Was, at this occasion, any "delicate" info leaked to "undelicate" ears interfering somewhere at the Presidents' surroundings during or after that meeting ?

The Memorial held by Beverly's Family this week-end (March 7th, 2009), at Stamford, Connecticut, has just reminded to all her Friends these unforgetable main Facts, which obviously make of her unexpected, brutal death at an unexplained crash, even more mysterious...

In these circumstances, a new question is raised :

- Who, and why might have any interest to kill Beverly Eckert now, shortly after meeting with new USPresident Obama on February 2009 ?

Is there anything fishy really hidden behind all these allegations and indications, already aired by many people, that something had been prepared, and started to be known since mid-August 2001 ?

In brief : Is there any link between August 2001 and February 2009, and what followed soon after both these 2 dates of exceptional events ?
